By accessing and purchasing from the Natural Touch website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

Products: Natural Skin Touch products are not intended to cure, diagnose, or prevent any illness or disease. Our products are not a substitute for prescriptions provided by your healthcare provider or dermatologist. We are not responsible for misuse of the products or any allergic reactions. The information provided on this site is for educational purposes only. Please consult your physician if you have any health concerns. Always speak with your healthcare provider or dermatologist before applying any product if you have a condition that requires medical attention. If you are unfamiliar with the products, make sure to fully inform yourself before use.

Discontinue Use: If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to any of the ingredients. All skincare products are for external use only and should be used with caution or after consulting a physician.

Product Variations: Please note that all items are made from natural and organic ingredients; therefore, color and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch, but the quality remains the same.

Essential Oils: We use essential oils in our skincare products, so please consult your healthcare provider before using any natural product. Always check with your physician to ensure it does not interfere with any medication, condition, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.

Liability: Natural Skin Touch is not responsible for any misuse of products.

Body Glazes: Body glazes may melt in warmer climates and could arrive in a semi-liquid or liquid state. If this happens, simply refrigerate for 5 to 15 minutes to achieve a firmer consistency.

At Natural Touch, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the possibility of replaced and refunds under the following conditions.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly replace it with another product of equal or lesser value or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. We will email you a gift certificate. Processing times are normally 24–48 hours. Gift certificates may take up to 24 hours to arrive in your inbox; please check your spam folder.

Cancellations:

We gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
